Хозяйственный суд города Киева принял иск ООО Голден Телеком к рассмотрению и открыл производство по делу о блокировании компанией МТС звонков оператора.

Суд принял решение о применении обеспечительных мер и запретил МТС уклоняться от выполнения обязательств по договору о предоставлении телекоммуникационных услуг и совершать какие-либо действия, направленные на ограничение пропуска телефонного трафика от абонентов и потребителей фиксированной и мобильной сетей Голден Телеком к абонентам сети МТС на прямых каналах связи.

Ранее сообщалось, что Голден Телеком отключен от сети МТС-Украина в связи с тем, что компании в очередной раз не смогли договориться о стоимости взаимоподключений.

По данным участников рынка, за доступ к сети МТС-Украина Голден Телеком платит 45 коп./мин. при обычных для рынка 50-60 коп./мин.

В Голден Телекоме заявляют, что МТС-Украина навязывает им ставки, превышающие те, что были в 2006 году.
