Лицензию на 3G Київстар получит через суд

По решению окружного административного суда, Национальная комиссия регулирования связи обязан выдать Київстару лицензию на радиочастоты для мобильной связи третьего поколения IMT-2000 (UMTS).

По заявлению председателя комиссии Владимира Зверева, суд принял это постановление еще 13 декабря, но официально определение Национальная комиссия регулирования связи еще не получила.

"Они (Київстар) апеллируют к тому, что в период, когда ситуация в комиссии уже была сложная, была якобы заявка, которая не была удовлетворена в течение 60 дней. Есть такая норма закона", - сказал Зверев.

По мнению Зверева, действия оператора являются неэтичными.

"Это вообще нечестный ход, очень некрасивый, непорядочный, и я считаю, что конечно же, на совести это менеджмента Київстара", - сказал Зверев.

В решении суда не был указан диапазон частот, который должен быть выдан оператору.
