От 100 до 300 минимумов доходов граждан или заключение до 2 лет за отрицание Голодомора Ющенко предложил ввести штраф от 100 до 300 необлагаемых налогом минимумов доходов граждан или заключение до 2 лет за публичное отрицание Голодомора и Холокоста. и распространение материалов с таким отрицанием.

Об этом говорится в законопроекте О внесении изменений в Уголовный и Уголовно-процессуальный кодексы Украины. Этот законопроект Виктор Ющенко вынес для внеочередного рассмотрения парламентом.

Также в этом законопроекте предполагается 4 года лишения свободы за повторные такие действия. Следствие по этим делам будет вести СБУ.

Президент считает, что публичное отрицание голодомора унижает достоинство всего украинского народа.
