Пасенюк против суда присяжных

Председатель Высшего административного суда Украины Александр Пасенюк выступает против создания суда присяжных в Украине.

Председатель ВАСУ завил журналистам, что он негативно относится к введению в Украине суда присяжных, так как это попросту не возможно, и это не является передовым и позитивным решением.

Пасенюк привел в пример Россию и другие страны, где суд присяжных подвергается жесткой критике. "На любой судебный процесс невозможно вызвать представителя общественности - народного заседателя, и еще сложнее будет сформировать суд присяжных", - заявил председатель.

Он считает, что это никак не улучшит ситуацию с коррупцией в судебной системе. В пример он привел ту же Россию, где, как заявил Пасенюк, суд присяжных подкупали и запугивали.

Так же глава ВАСУ отметил, что возможно когда-то и будет необходимость создания в Украине суда присяжных, но сейчас в этом не смысла.
