Новые правила регистрации актов о браке, разводе, рождении и смерти

Новые правила регистрации актов о браке, разводе, рождении и смерти Министерство юстиции привело Правила регистрации актов гражданского состояния в соответствие с нормами закона О внесении изменений в Семейный и Гражданский кодексы.

Новые правила были подписаны 22 ноября и вступили в силу 2 декабря 2007 года.

"Такие изменения (издание новых правил) связаны с необходимостью приведения положений Правил регистрации актов гражданского состояния к нормам закона "О внесении изменений в Семейный и Гражданский кодексы", который был принят в декабре 2006 года" - заявил исполняющий обязанности министра юстиции Александр Лавринович.

В новых правилах учтены все изменения законодательства касающиеся органов регистрации актов гражданского состояния – об обязательном внесении в Государственный реестр актов гражданского состояния граждан фактов рождения физических лиц и их происхождения, усыновления, лишения и возобновления отцовских прав, брака, развода, смены имени и смерти.

В новых правилах предусмотрено информирование молодоженов при подачи заявления про регистрацию брака о возможности осуществления медицинского обследования. Внесен ряд изменений в раздел по вопросам регистрации рождения и определения происхождения ребенка.

Предусмотрена возможность подачи нотариально засвидетельствованного заявления через представителя матери или отца ребенка о согласии одного из родителей при определении фамилии ребенка, в случаи разных фамилий родителей.

Ранее Кабинетом министров был утвержден порядок ведения электронного Государственного реестра актов гражданского состояния граждан.
