Возбуждено уголовное дело по факту взрыва на Засядько

Прокуратурой Донецка было возбуждено уголовное дело по факту взрыва на шахте Засядько. Об этом журналистам сообщил прокурор Донецкой области Виталий Мурза.

"Возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 272 часть вторая Уголовного кодекса Украины (за нарушение правил безопасности, повлекшее гибель людей)", - заявил прокурор.

В ближайшее время будет проведено заседание правительственной комиссии, в которой примет участие Андрей Клюев, исполняющий обязанности вице-премьера.

1 декабря произошел взрыв на шахте имени Засядько, в результате которого пострадали 5 человек. Это уже второй взрыв на этой шахте за последнее время. Напоминаем, что ночью 18 ноября на шахте произошел взрыв, в результате которого погиб 101 человек.
