Во время допроса был убит свидетель В городе Ахтырки Сумской области был арестован оперуполномоченный уголовного розыска, обвиняемый в превышении своих полномочий, что привело к гибели человека.

26 июля, примерно в три часа утра, в кабинете обвиняемого выстрелом в голову был убит 29-летний житель Тростянца.

Погибший был доставлен в отдел милиции для дачи показаний по делу кражи скутера у его соседа. Дело в том, что Виктора, так звали погибшего, уже обвиняли в похожем преступлении. Но в этот раз, как заявляет прокуратура, он просто давал показания как свидетель.

Почему допрос длился так долго и закончился выстрелом устанавливается следствием.

Сперва оперуполномоченного обвиняли в служебной халатности с тяжкими последствиями. Сейчас милиционера обвиняют в превышении служебных полномочий, а это от 7 до 10 лет лишения свободы. Также, по началу, суд назначил мерой пресечения для обвиняемого подписку о невыезде, но после обжалования этого решения прокуратурой – его взяли под стражу.
