Водитель застрелил пешехода за переход в неположенном месте В Киеве водитель выстрелил из пистолета в пешехода, который нарушил правила перехода улицы. Потерпевший вскоре после инцидента умер в больнице.

«Водитель ехал в сторону Ленинградской площади, вдруг на перекрестке начали переходить через дорогу парень с девушкой", - сообщает Дарницкое районное управление милиции.

В ходе конфликта, который был вызван нарушением пешеходом правил дорожного движения, водитель выстрелил пешеходу в грудь с близкого расстояния из устройства для стрельбы резиновыми пулями.

Стрелявший был задержан, ему инкриминируется Умышленное убийство (15 лет лишения свободы). Возбужденное дело может быть переквалифицировано по статье Убийство по неосторожности, так как обстоятельства инцидента еще выясняются.
