Посадили главного налогового инспектора Киева

Посадили главного налогового инспектора Киева Главный налоговый инспектор Киева была уличена во взятии взятки в размере 10 тыс. долларов. Решением Киевского апелляционного суда она была приговорена к пяти годам заключения с конфискацией имущества.

Взятку она получила от директора одного коммерческого банка за то, что при составлении акта проверки банка она не указала нарушений.

Дело решалось в апелляционном суде потому что первый суд приговорил инспектора только к условному сроку. На апелляцию подала Киевская прокуратура, в связи с мягкостью наказания.

УСБУ в Киеве напоминает, что все кому известны факты вымогательства и/или получения взяток со стороны служащих гос. органов столицы, могут позвонить по телефону (044) 226-26-27. Телефон доверия работает круглосуточно.

интересно, много ли инспекторов на Украине посажены за взятки? Есть ли на Украине свой Уголовный кодекс? или они пользуются Российским? Не нарушаются ли права граждан при этом? Нам в России не понятно действие Украинского законодательства при неустойчивой политической власти. Когда власть не устойчива не понятно кто прав, а кто виноват
