ГАИ должна штрафовать нарушителей на месте происшествия Верховный Суд Украины хочет вернуть инспекторам ГАИ права на взыскание штрафов с нарушителей правил дорожного движения прямо на месте происшествия.

Об этом заявил председатель ВСУ - Василий Онопенко.

По мнению главы Верховного суда - "государство создало систему, поставившую безнаказанность на поток".

Согласно официальным данным, в 2001 году сумма штрафов составила 139 млн., из которых было взыскано 131 млн., а в 2006 году, при том, что количество ДТП и количество пострадавших увеличились в несколько раз, суммы штрафов на много уменьшились – всего штрафов на 65 млн., из них взыскано 19 млн.
